HelotStays is a short-term rental management company. We run the day-to-day of your rental on one platform: listings, pricing, guest messaging, registration, cleaning and reporting. You choose how much we take over.
It depends on the plan. Autopilot plans are a flat monthly fee and Managed is a share of revenue; current prices are on our pricing page.
A dedicated local Helot operator runs your property for you. Managed is by application: owners apply and we choose which properties we take on, then the operator handles the full operation, plus marketing, advertising and your direct booking website.
We currently serve the SF Bay Area, Baltimore/Maryland, DC/Northern Virginia, Houston TX and Davenport FL. Autopilot runs anywhere; a Helot operator plus vetted local vendors cover Managed properties.
Most properties go live within a week. Listings, pricing rules, guest flows and cleaning schedules are set up in parallel.
