What counts as what
What counts as a listing
Each individual listing you publish. A combo (whole home plus individually rented rooms), each unit in a multi-unit property, and each variant of the same space all count as separate listings.
What counts as a brand
Your own guest-facing name and branding, with its own direct booking website and dedicated phone number. Plans don't include one; each custom brand is a separate add-on.
What counts as an escalation
Anything a person has to step in and resolve: guest disputes, damage, refunds, emergencies, complaints that automation shouldn't handle. Third-party costs are separate.
What counts as an upsell
Anything our team sells a guest beyond the nightly rate: early check-in, late checkout, extra guests, pets, mid-stay cleaning, pool or amenity passes, experiences and packages. We price it, our agents sell it, you keep 80%.
Pricing questions
Both run on Autopilot with identical features. Growth simply includes more reservations each month at a lower overage rate.
Managed is limited and by application. We accept properties we're confident we can run well. You pay 20% of revenue and nothing else — no monthly fee, no onboarding fee. A dedicated operator runs the full operation, plus marketing and advertising. A custom brand with its own website and phone number is a separate add-on.

Essentials and Growth have a one-time $499 onboarding fee per listing. It covers connecting your channels, importing your listing, configuring pricing and cleaning, and getting you live on Autopilot. Stay six consecutive months and we credit the full $499 back to your account. Managed has no onboarding fee.
Yes. Every property (not every unit or listing) keeps a Wallet with a $500 minimum balance before going live. It covers cleaning and operating costs. Unlike the onboarding fee, the Wallet is your money: the $500 is a protected reserve returned after final reconciliation when you leave, and cleared funds above it can be requested for withdrawal.
Yes. Plans are month to month. Additional listings are $100/month each, plus a one-time $499 onboarding per listing.
Every plan includes automated dynamic pricing, which adjusts nightly rates based on market demand and seasonality. Human Revenue Management adds a dedicated revenue manager who monitors booking pace, prices local events and fine-tunes minimum stays. It's $100/month per listing on Essentials and Growth, and included on Managed.
